HOW WE WORK
At the initial design consultation, we will discuss how you plan to use the space, what your needs are and your budget. This is also a great time to have your questions answered. We will take measurements and gather general information needed for the next meeting. Please allow 1 hour for this meeting.
The second meeting will take place at our office. We will present a floor plan and a detailed Scope of Work with cost of the project. You will also be able to view your design in 3D to help you visualize your finished basement. The design will be reviewed to ensure we have addressed all of the items you wish to include in your lower level.
If the floor plan and Scope of Work meet your approval, it's time to sign the contract and place the project on our production schedule. It typically takes 4 weeks to start your project after the contract is signed and the scheduling deposit is received.
Upon signing the contract, our design team will go to work finalizing your design and 3D renderings. In the next 2-3 weeks you will be asked to make your selections. These selections need to be made in an effort to keep your job on budget and on schedule.
Upon the start of construction we will have a meeting in your basement with you, the designer, and a member of our construction crew. We will confirm the layout and address any concerns that may arise. Now its time to start construction on your new living space.
