Featuring a large pub style bar, this basement is the perfect place for these homeowners to entertain family and friends. With the addition of an extra bedroom and bathroom, this basement can be used as a separate space for visiting family. To maximize the ceiling height in this basement, we painted the ceiling black with dry fall paint. A large sofa creates a cozy place to relax and watch a movie with the family.

This family was in need of a space that they could use to entertain family and friends in during the summer months and as well as the winter months. We transformed this unfinished basement into the perfect place for them to entertain. A large bar space allows for plenty of space for guests to sit and enjoy food and drinks as well as creating plenty of space for food storage and prep. The addition of a living space and an extra bathroom allow this space to be used year-round no matter what season.

This homeowner was looking to finish his basement to create a usable entertaining space as well as to add an additional bathroom to his home. Finishing this previously empty space allows for more usable space in the home. We added an arch design element to the main space to create a focal point for the TV, this not only helps define the space but to also add a visual element that is not present in most basements.

Finishing off the unfinished basement in their home was an important piece of why they purchased the home to begin with. The basement had plenty of space to create a bedroom, bathroom, fitness room, formal dining room, and kitchen area. These homeowners needed a space that could double as a playroom for the kids while offering room for entertaining visiting family and friends. The floorplan of this basement had the staircase in the middle, which coincidentally offered a great way to separate the two spaces. One side was transformed into a space for the kids, while the other side had room for a dinning table, bar, and living room. This family now has plenty of space to spread out and have people over.
