Who is Team Joseph and What Do They Do?
Team Joseph is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for DMD, a rare and devastating genetic disorder that primarily affects young boys. DMD is characterized by progressive muscle weakness, leading to mobility challenges and a shortened lifespan. Team Joseph’s mission is to fund cutting-edge research, raise awareness, and provide support to families battling this disease by assisting with overwhelming costs of caring for a child as well as funds from medical equipment to home modifications, down payment grants for accessible vehicles, educational opportunities and travel to specialized clinics.
