Creating a space for teenage kids to hang out and wanting a large laundry room were solved by finishing the basement. The basement is full of light and the mood can easily be changed by dimming all the lights. This new space has a different look than the traditional look of their upstairs, allowing the homeowners to have fun with different decor. The homeowners are thrilled with the floor plan, as it easily flows from one area to the next.
