This kitchen remodel in Farmington Hills, MI, transformed a cramped and outdated space into an open, inviting, and highly functional area. The project began by removing a counter that jutted out from the wall, which made the kitchen feel closed off. In its place, the counter was extended along the wall to the back door so no counter space was lost, and creating a more open welcoming feel. The original cabinets were replaced with beautifully stained, updated cabinetry for a fresh and modern appearance. The laminate countertops were upgraded to durable and elegant quartz, and the addition of a stylish backsplash completed the look. The result is a bright, open kitchen that’s both functional and inviting for cooking and gathering.
