We are currently seeking a Waterproofing Sales Representative to join our team in Commerce Township, MI.
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a professional in-home sales representative to our team. No cold calling, company generated leads and call center sets appointments for you. Perform in home inspection and recommend and quote proper solutions. The ideal candidate should have integrity, honesty, and a competitive drive. This is an opportunity to make $100,000+ per year to start, based on skills and experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Lifelong learner
- Strong active listening skills required
- Strong ethics and high integrity required
- Skill in operating a personal computer and office programs
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- 3-5 Years of in-home sales experience and/or come from residential real estate. Windows/siding/roofing, home inspection, home improvement industries
- Construction & remodeling knowledge
- Detail oriented, focused, and a team player
Responsibilities
- Drives to customers’ homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
- Builds rapport with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
- Carefully examines the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
- Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
- Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
- Is an ambassador for the company’s culture and purpose.
