Years Serving Southeast Michigan

Benefits

A basement project only goes well when the process is clear from day one. Here's what you can count on with Basements Plus, no matter which service brought you here.

Family Owned & Locally Operated

Since 2003, the Iverson family has owned and operated Basements Plus in Southeast Michigan. We answer to the homeowners we serve, not outside investors.

A Process Built Entirely Around You

We set clear expectations, keep you informed, and follow through on the details. That’s how we reduce stress and earn raving fans.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

We believe contractors should stand behind their work. Qualifying systems carry a transferable lifetime warranty, while finishing includes a limited lifetime workmanship warranty for the original homeowner.

Why Basements Plus

Waterproofing & Finishing, From One Company

Most contractors specialize in either waterproofing or basement finishing. If your basement needs waterproofing before finishing, or water has damaged a finished space, Basements Plus can handle both. Our teams coordinate the work, so one company is responsible from the first assessment through the final walkthrough.
