Both are part of our family-owned company, Basements Plus. Finished Basements Plus specializes in basement finishing and remodeling, while Dry Basements Plus handles waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and foundation repairs. Although they operate under separate LLCs, you work with one local company that can handle both services.
Does Basements Plus offer emergency waterproofing services?
We do not provide 24/7 emergency services. If your basement is actively flooding or your sump pump has failed, contact a plumber or emergency water removal service to help control the immediate problem.
Once the water is under control, our team can inspect your basement, identify the source of the problem and recommend solutions to help prevent future water intrusion.
