Rochester Hills, MI Finished Basement Adds Large Kitchen with Island

Looking to add entertaining space to their home these homeowners turned to their unfinished basement. Completing the space to be similar to the upper levels of the home was important. Using Vinyl Plank Flooring, Granite countertops, Wood Detail on the Open Rail Staircase, and French Doors into the fitness area gives this space a finished look. Adding a kitchen space that is open to the living room allows for an open concept space which is great for entertaining as everyone can communicate and watch the TV.
