Award Winning Basement with Irish Themed Bar, Gym, & Game Area in Canton, MI
National & local award winning basement
About this Project
Step into this award-winning finished basement in Canton, MI, designed for entertaining, relaxing, and staying fit. The Irish-themed bar is the centerpiece, with rich oak finishes, authentic décor, and a tucked-away booth that gives the space a character of its own.
The brick accent wall features a secret door concealing the sump pump and water meter, while the home gym includes a sauna that looks intentionally built into the design. A full bathroom, home office, and Murphy bed with an egress window add even more functionality to the space.
This basement project also earned both a Master Design Award from Qualified Remodeler and a Platinum Award from the Home Builders Association in 2025. Honors everyone at Basements Plus is extremely proud of.
