ABout This Project

This basement in Waterford, MI received a full perimeter waterproofing system designed to help keep the space dry and protected before finishing. We then installed WaterGuard around the perimeter and VaporSeal to the foundation walls. We also added a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup to add even more protection.

Now that the waterproofing work is complete, this basement will be finished and turned into usable living space again.
