About this Project

This stunning finished basement in Ann Arbor, MI was designed to give a growing family more usable space. It features a custom bar with colorful accent lighting and beer taps for enjoying your favorite brews, a cozy living room area with a projector for movie nights and game days, and a home gym to stay fit without leaving the house.

For added convenience, there’s a full bathroom with a shower, perfect for hosting guests. Along with a secret room that will eventually become a speakeasy!

We’re incredibly proud of this transformation and thrilled to help this family expand their home.

Fantastic Warranty Work, Lasting Trust

Mike just did some warranty work on our shower and did a fantastic job. Basements Plus finished both our basement and kitchen and it’s nice to know that even though the work was done awhile ago we can still call if there are issues!
