Our Work
Finished Basement with Seated Bar, Home Gym and Bathroom in Rochester, MI
About this Project
This spacious Rochester, MI basement was designed to be a gathering place for family, friends, and fun. The living room features a super-sized couch perfect for movie nights, with a dining area to the side that’s ideal for game nights. The bar area stands out with floating shelves and custom décor, highlighted by a one-of-a-kind countertop made from a tree that fell in the yard, a personal touch that brings warmth and character, and pairs beautifully with the seated bar.
For entertainment, the space includes a foosball table, ping pong, and even a chess setup, ensuring there’s always something to do. The small home gym gives the homeowners the convenience of working out without leaving the house, while a guest bedroom with a Murphy bed doubles as a soon to be home office to maximize flexibility. To top it off, a full bathroom with a shower makes the space even more comfortable for overnight guests.
Created with family in mind, this basement offers plenty of room for the grandkids to play and grow, while giving everyone a place to relax, entertain, and enjoy time together.
