Finished Basement with Wet Bar and Half Bath in Troy, MI
Our Work

Finished Basement with Wet Bar and Half Bath in Troy, MI

Small Space, Big Design

About this Project

This finished basement in Troy, MI makes the most of every inch. The living area features a shiplap accent wall with a fireplace and custom built-ins on each side for displaying family personal treasures. The wet bar adds convenience and functionality without making the space feel cramped.

We were even able to tuck away a space for a gym in an otherwise overlooked area, while the half bath completes the design with a design that matches the living room.

This basement is a great example of how a smaller basement can still deliver big.

Fantastic Warranty Work, Lasting Trust

Mike just did some warranty work on our shower and did a fantastic job. Basements Plus finished both our basement and kitchen and it’s nice to know that even though the work was done awhile ago we can still call if there are issues!
