Designed for Relaxation

About this Project

This finished basement in Ann Arbor, MI was designed with both style and function in mind.

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a sleek wet bar tucked into the wall to maximize space. The bar features a stunning blue tile backsplash and floating shelves that add a touch of modern elegance. A home gym also lets the homeowners get a workout in at their own convenience.

To round it all out, a full bathroom with a tiled shower adds comfort and functionality to this well-thought-out lower level.

Fantastic Warranty Work, Lasting Trust

Mike just did some warranty work on our shower and did a fantastic job. Basements Plus finished both our basement and kitchen and it’s nice to know that even though the work was done awhile ago we can still call if there are issues!
