Full Perimeter Waterproofing System in Ypsilanti, MI

Protection From the Ground Up

About This Project

After moving into a new home, this homeowner noticed that storms repeatedly brought water into his Ypsilanti basement. He knew it was time for a long-term solution. Basements Plus installed a full-perimeter waterproofing system that included WaterGuard along the perimeter wall, a vapor barrier, and a battery backup for his sump pump system.

Now this basement is ready to handle storms without leaving puddles of water on the floor, and it's ready to be finished to add extra living space.

Crawl Space Job, Made Right

Did a really nice job encapsulating my crawl space. In and out within half a day. The crew left a small amount of debris behind and as soon as I brought it to their attention they sent a person back out to clean it up and make it right.
