Finished Basement with Gym, Bathroom and Laundry Room in Highland, MI
Dedicated Space for the Teenagers
About this Project
Creating a dedicated space for their teenage kids to hang out and a large laundry room were two main priorities for these homeowners in Highland, MI when finishing their basement.
The open floor plan also flows easily from one area to the next, while the high ceilings helped create a stunning coffered ceiling design over the living room area. The space also features a home gym, half bath, and oversized counter which is perfect for family game nights.
This basement is a great example of how an unused space can become a true extension of your home.
